What is the new dui law of next year, reguarding being .01 and getting a dui??
I saw the news last night and didn’t catch the whole story on how a person can be arrested for have a BAC of .01
This is a proposed law for the State of California. It is a ZERO TOLERANCE law that would only affect drivers who are 16 and 17 years old. The theory behind it is that because it is already illegal for this age group to drink alcoholic beverages, they definitely don’t need to get behind the wheel of an automobile if they do.
